What’s Involved?

So our first step is to have an initial session (in person or Zoom) to appraise your current brand position. We would review the opportunities available, any constraints or areas that may need attention and finally your general aspirations for your brand moving forward.  

From here we will draw up a plan of actionable steps that you can implement to push through the road blocks and progress you to your end goal. 

In all of this you get my ongoing support and advice to make sure you can stay on track and to help with all your decision making at every step.

Why Me?

A career entirely focused in Intimate Apparel. Well, 25 years of it!

In that time I have product developed, designed, manufactured and managed the launch of many brands and even more products. 

But always within the niche of Lingerie and Swimwear. I make no bones in saying, this is a very specialist corner of the fashion world!  You may have already realised this, if you have found yourself contemplating my help. 

Therefore it’s important to me, that alongside my support and best practice advice, I can also provide access to the right resources too. 

So while we work together, we make sure we build your relationships within our niche too.  You will gain access to industry specialists, designers, suppliers and manufacturers to cement your network and the continuity of your brand for many years to come.

2 Coaching Plan’s, which is for me?

3 Month Intensive Plan

 This is for you if you are already well underway with your brand and have carved out the time to make progress fast.  

• You may be ready to find a factory and want support in that journey. 
• Perhaps you’ve hit a snag in the road with supply chain issues and need to resolve it swiftly to reduce impact on your product continuity.
• Sometimes it can be good to have a fresh set of eyes on your brand to bounce ideas off, when working through more strategic aspects of your brand. 

Next available space for a 3 month intensive plan is May 2024.

6 Monthly Coaching Plan

If you are at the beginning of your journey but ready to commit the time and energy needed to learn the skills for launch, this can be a great package for you.

OR

The 6 month plan is also designed for deeper work in established brands to ensure they are thriving and performing to their best. 

Common requests have covered:

• Collection re-structuring to build out a brand strategy that streamlines margins and focuses sell through. 
• Implementing plans for innovative USP that extra, more dedicated support, is required to bring it to life. 
• Training of current or new team members so they can hit the brand ground with confidence.

No matter what the plans or change of direction are needed, we work together continuously to provide all the focused tools, resources and connections you will need to realise your goal.

Spaces are limited to 1-2 throughout the year. Our next opening will be May 2024. 

How we will work together

Communication is everything, so across both plans we have provision for 2 x 60 minute zoom sessions every month. These are often split across the month around the pivotal points in our time together. 

Between this, we have continued contact via e-mail or WhatsApp messages (Mon to Fri).
